We build the software your operations run on.

Law firms, logistics, manufacturing, and service operations rely on us for customer portals, lead qualification and workflow automation, and the systems that run their business — engineered, deployed, and managed for the long term.

01 · Who we serve

Businesses growing faster than their systems.

We partner with established businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected software, and manual operations.

These companies have proven business models and generate meaningful revenue. They are no longer asking whether software can improve their business—they're asking how to scale without continuously adding headcount.

  • Established and revenue-generating
  • Operations-heavy
  • Process-driven
  • Growing faster than their internal systems
  • Leadership willing to invest in long-term technology
  • View software as a competitive advantage rather than an expense

02 · What we build

What we build.

Custom systems for the operations that run your business — assessed, engineered, and managed for the long term.

01 / 04

Operations Platform

A case, order, and lab management system — intake, dispatch, scheduling, and processing built around how the operation actually runs.

  • Order management
  • Document intake
  • Scheduling
02 / 04

Lead Qualification & Automation

A system that takes inbound leads and repetitive ops work off your team — qualifies the ask, answers what it can, schedules what it should, and escalates the rest to a human.

  • Lead qualification
  • Workflow automation
  • First response in seconds
03 / 04

Client Portal & Intake System

A customer onboarding portal and intake system that connects clients to your operation without administrative overhead.

  • Customer portals
  • Onboarding
  • Integrations
04 / 04

Reporting & Decision Support

An operations dashboard, reporting, and decision-support platform that turns operational data into decisions.

  • Dashboards
  • Decision support
  • Internal knowledge

Every system we ship becomes a durable operational asset the business owns — not a temporary fix.

03 · How it works

How an engagement works

Custom client engagements follow the same journey:

  1. 01

    Discover

Discover how the business operates in a 15-minute discovery call.

  2. 02

    Assess

Assess operational challenges and prioritize initiatives.

  3. 03

    Build

Build the system that solves a measurable business problem.

  4. 04

    Operate

Operate it alongside the team — a forward-deployed engineer on uptime, iteration, and the next bottleneck.

Let's discuss where operations are slowing growth

Inbound Lead Qualification System

Lead qualification & routing

BD Auto Detailing (window tint, PPF, ceramic coating) took leads through website forms, email, Facebook, and ad platforms, with no shared surface. Every submission sat waiting for a person to open it, read it, and push it toward sales. Responses could slip for days.

The system pipes all sources into one channel. An agent talks to each lead directly — qualifying the ask, answering questions, and getting them scheduled. When it hits something it can’t resolve, it flags a human instead of guessing.

Since launch in March 2025, the system has processed 1,697 conversations, counted from conversations tracked in the database. It handled 80% without escalation and escalated 20% to a human for quotes, with the first response landing within seconds of form submission. Qualified leads are booked on the calendar and written to the CRM with the job details attached. Sales opens the day with appointments already set, not a queue to sort.

Legal Operations Platform

Case management & intelligence

A law firm ran cases by having operations staff track which files were uploaded and ask colleagues for status updates. The firm made money, but had no view of pipeline revenue, case progression, or forecastable indicators.

Six months from start to first production use. The firm changed nothing about how it operates. Documents go to the same place, with no added structure. OCR and document parsing read them, LLMs turn the raw text into structured data with actions attached, and deterministic algorithms use that data to manage cases and produce metrics.

The firm now sees how cases move through the pipeline, when they stall, and what holds them back. That visibility improves forecasting and surfaces which third parties lead to ideal outcomes.

The system is in production on the firm’s live caseload — all new case intake now flows through it, 200+ live cases in its first three months. It earned that in a 30-case pilot, where it matched the firm’s documented stage baseline exactly on 26 cases, tracked genuine progression ahead of it on 4, and fell behind on none.

08 · FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What types of processes can you automate?

We focus on the operational processes that slow established businesses down: document intake and processing, case or order management, customer onboarding, lead qualification, reporting, and internal knowledge.

Do I need technical knowledge to use your service?

No. You bring operational knowledge of how your business runs; we handle the engineering. Every route starts with a 15-minute discovery call. For a custom build, an Operations & Technology Assessment then turns how the business operates into a prioritized plan; for a productized solution, we gather the requirements needed to tailor it—no technical background required either way.

Can you integrate with our existing tools?

Yes. A system only creates value once it becomes part of your operational infrastructure, so we design systems to work with the tools and data you already rely on rather than replacing everything at once.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the route. Our productized solutions publish a starting timeline, because the system already exists and the work is tailoring it to your operation. For custom builds, the Operations & Technology Assessment scopes the work first: we map your operations, prioritize opportunities by impact and feasibility, and agree on a plan before development begins—so the timeline reflects your business, not a one-size-fits-all promise.

What happens after launch?

Build ships the system; Operate means a forward-deployed engineer runs it alongside your team — uptime, iteration, and the next bottleneck. We keep improving and expanding the system as the business changes, rather than handing over a build and moving on.

Are the systems you build secure and compliant?

Compliance requirements are evaluated during solution design and incorporated into the architecture and deployment approach as required: how identity and authorization work, how data is handled and retained, what the system records for audit, and where a person stays in the loop on the work an AI agent does. You own the source code and the documentation, so your own team or your auditors can verify what shipped.
