Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting a page means Cloudflare automatically logs basic request information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and operational purposes. Those logs are held by Cloudflare and are governed by the Cloudflare privacy policy. We do not use them to identify visitors.

The contact form

The form on our contact page asks for eight things: your name, work email, company, role, the business challenge you want to solve, your current process or systems, your desired outcome, and your approximate implementation timing. All eight are required.

When you submit the form, your answers are delivered to an iQonAi inbox through Resend, our email delivery provider, which receives the content of your message. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can answer you. This site writes nothing to a database — it has none.

Once the email is sent, your submission rests in three places. It is in the iQonAi inbox that received it. It is in Resend's systems as the provider that delivered it, under the Resend privacy policy. And a member of our team copies the details by hand into Notion, the tool we use as our CRM, where they are held under the Notion privacy policy. That copy is manual — nothing on this site sends your submission to Notion — so no further provider handles your data on the way there.

We use what you send to reply to your inquiry and to prepare for an outreach call with you, and it lands in Notion.

Retention of contact form submissions

A contact form submission comes to rest in three places. Resend retains message content and delivery logs for 30 days. Submissions stay in the iQonAi inbox for up to 30 days. The copy in Notion is kept indefinitely.

This section covers contact form submissions. It does not state how long Cloudflare keeps its request logs, or how long PostHog or Google Analytics keep analytics data.

Booking a call

Scheduling a call with us is handled by Cal.com, a third-party booking platform. Any information you enter when booking (such as your name and email address) is submitted directly to Cal.com and is processed under the Cal.com privacy policy. We receive the booking details you choose to share so we can hold the meeting.

Analytics

This site can run product analytics, but only when a PostHog project key is configured for the build. Without that key, neither PostHog nor Google Analytics loads, and the analytics code sends nothing and stores nothing.

When it is enabled, PostHog loads from PostHog's US cloud (us.i.posthog.com) by default, and a build can be configured to send the data to a different PostHog host instead. It records a page view each time you open a page, on first load and on each navigation within the site, carrying the address of that page.

Beyond page views, this site records six named events. Three of them cover clicks on our calls to action: clicking a booking link records two events, and clicking the call-to-action on the operations technology assessment page records two, with one event name shared between those cases. Each of these carries only where on the page that link sits, such as "header", "hero", or "footer". Opening an offer page records a view of that offer with an identifier for it, on the discovery call page, the operations technology assessment page, and every other offer page. Starting to fill in the contact form is recorded on its own, and so is a contact form submission that succeeds; neither carries any further information.

PostHog's autocapture, which is on by default, also records ordinary interactions such as clicks on links and buttons, together with the page they happened on. This site never sends your name, email address, or anything else you wrote in the contact form to PostHog.

The same switch also loads Google Analytics 4. Google's gtag.js script is fetched from Google (www.googletagmanager.com) and records a page view on first load and on each navigation within the site, carrying the address of that page. Enhanced Measurement, which is on for this stream, also records scroll depth; clicks that leave the site, together with the destination URL (including booking links to Cal.com); and a form start and a form submission on the contact page, carrying the form's identifier, name, destination, and the text of the submit button. File downloads, on-site search, and video plays are also measured if those appear. It does not receive the named PostHog events above, and this site never sends your name, email address, or anything else you wrote in the contact form to Google.

PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so that repeat visits are not counted as new visitors. Google Analytics stores cookies on this site's domain for the same reason. Apart from those, this site sets no cookies of its own.

We use analytics to understand which pages and actions are useful. We do not use it to build profiles of individual visitors. PostHog processes this data under the PostHog privacy policy. Google processes this data under the Google privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
