Quenton Radford — Founder
Quenton spent a decade engineering enterprise systems in medical device manufacturing at Glidewell Laboratories, serving as tech lead, lead software engineer, and consultant.
He built an AI-powered inbound receiving application that automated order creation and cut case intake times.
He also worked across the separate systems that ran the rest of the business — order management, lab management, payment processing, CRM, and marketing campaign platforms — plus the integration layers connecting more than 200 microservices. That mix of orders, labs, payments, CRM, and campaigns is the operations-heavy profile established businesses run every day; Glidewell ran it at larger scale.
Quenton was also the technical co-founder of iTSWHO, a networking and matching platform designed to help entrepreneurs, creators, and business builders connect with co-founders and team members, and the founding engineer of StreamEQ, a platform that supported hybrid live-streaming event production.
iQonAi applies that same enterprise engineering discipline to established businesses that have outgrown their systems.
